OK furniture sells second hand goods

I'm not happy at all OK furniture has taken my money and not given me the goods they promised.I last year October I purchased couches from them when they were delivered they were torn and had buttons missing I went to report to them and they promised to come collect them they came in December and I was told to chose new one which I did but they brought even more damaged ones.they are in bad condition intact they don't even look new and I reported this immediate but they have not taken any action all I get is we'll speak to the manager they are violating my consumer rights and I'm tired.wen I went to the alberon branch were I purchased them I found other customers complaining about the very same couches which shows that are not in good quality.
