OK furniture sells refurbished products

I made a CASH R10000 purchase at OK Furniture in May 2018. I purchased a television and a refrigerator.

They first sold me a REFURBISHED television which they REFUSED to collect and deliver me the NEW television I had paid for.

Since then, I've had endless issues with my fridge which I keep being told a technician will be out to fix. Each time he comes, I experience the same or a new problem with the fridge which is likely also a refurbished product I was sold by this appalling establishment.

Why cant I receive a new product?? the One I have is clearly faulty but no one, not OK furniture nor KIC seem to want to take responsibility and assist me, they seem to waiting until my 2 year warranty is over so they no longer have to provide their pathetic idea of assistance to me.

This is ridiculous!!! Not to mention the lack of people s****s or customer service training their *********** staff have.
