OK Furniture Samsung faulty washing machine

I bought a Samsung 15kg twin tub washing machine in 2021 at OK Soshanguve crossing. I paid for an extended warranty. In April my washing machine stopped working and I reported the problem. A guy came to check it out and he said the machine needs a new motor. After some time I got a call from OK, I was told my machine cannot be fixed and I can get a replacement but they no longer have the old machine I had. They offered me a 15kg Defy twin tub and it was delivered the same day. I would like to thank OK for helping me. The staff was amazing and friendly. I would definitely buy from them again.
