OK Furniture Rustenburg has the worst after-sales!

One minute you think something is of a great deal/purchase only to find that it's faulty. I bought a whirlpool washing machine, before the one year was completed, I laid a complaint with the lady I bought the machine from.. It took time for the technician to come, with too little of understanding from my side as to why because I had to go in and out of the shop to get answers.

He came only once, (technician), claimed there was a piece missing from the machine & it looked like a factory fault.. Said he'll be ordering the part & will return, up to this day..!!!!!!!

I received a feedback sms to rate the technician as if the job was completed.. & it did not even allow me the option to say the repair was incomplete!
