OK Furniture Return Denied

Hi everyone, I purchased a fridge from OK in December 2018 and I suspected that it may be faulty a few months later due to the way it sounds (its kept and installed according to the manual). I contacted them regarding this and it's been a maze getting anyone to resolve this matter. I asked for a complete return now and im stulill getting ignored.. Next time you need ANYTHING don't consider them, they clearly don't care about their customers' satisfaction. Even when I purchased the fridge I had to chase them to eventually deliver and there was no communication. They ended up delivering from another branch after I almost swore at them. Also clearly consider the shops where you buy large Appliances or anything else in general, because their return policies my be a trap.
