OK Furniture refuses to refund me.

I bought couches at Ok Mabopane, and paid an amount R20000 at the store only to find out someone bought bigger couches for me.. I went to the store to cancel my order and was told I would be refunded in 21 days. The most painful thing is that I'm the 1 who keeps calling them to ask about my refund, it has been over 65 days now and no 1 has an answer for me. I sent an enquiry email to Bianca Terblanch (Head office) on the 14th and to this day there is no update.
