OK Furniture Randfontein is ***

I bought a defy fridge at OK furniture Randfontein March 2023, the fridge stopped functioning properly so they sent a technician to fix it. 3 months down the line the same problem occurred so the very same technician from defy came to fix the fridge. Recently the fridge is no longer working they want to send the same technician again to fix it for the third time. I went to the store and complain that I don't want the fridge anymore because clearly the fridge has a factory fault of some sort and where I stay there's no loadshedding/reduction that might affect the life span of the fridge. There's poor service from OK furniture stuff since I laid a complaint August till this day no one wants to help me, they are busy insisting on sending a defy technician to fix the fridge until it's warranty runs out!!
