OK FURNITURE PROTEAN GLEN MALL BRANCH REFUSES TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!

On the 16th Nov 2019 in the morning I went to OK PROTEA GLEN MALL Branch to buy some Couches and Dinning suite for R18264, I paid cash using my FNB Cheque card. After few hours I changed my mind because I got a better offer at a different furniture shop so I went back straight to OK and asked them to cancel the order and they did. Now the issue came when they had to refund me. I have never come across such poor and apolling/disturbing service in my entire life. The store manager did not even attend to my issue. I was assisted to by the Cashier. She then call the Regional Manager Aliba Brown who was rude to me. She was raising her voice and using vulgar language. When I told her that I am the customer and she must not use such langue she responded with saying she can. When I asked her when am I getting my money she said she does not know. How can a manager not know. I then told her that I am going to write to a Review on Hello Peter about this such poor service and she said Ok is not registered with Hello Peter then laughed. When I asked her who they are registered with she said I must call the Head office to find out as she does not know. As I was still talking to her she then told me that she has to answer her personal mobile phone as someone else is calling her. I was very traumatized by this because she has not yet given me a resolution. Till today I still have not received my R18246. On Monday I called the branch ( Ok Protea Glen Mall) and asked to speak to Aliba (Regional Manager) and was told I cant I then asked to speak to the store manager. I was then transferred to a sales agent instead. Then I asked to speak to the store manager as I initially asked. The manager finally took my calls and as I was still explaining to her she dropped the line on me. I then called back again and the manager told the Cashier that she will not come to the phone. I was on hold for more than 10 mins and had to drop because I had to go to a meeting. I then called again and the store manager still refused to speak to me. Today ( Wednesday I called the branch again as I still dont have my money. When I asked the store manager to give me her name she said she will not and I told her that I want to write a formal complaint and her response was that they know her at the Head Office. She then continued rudely taking to me at some point she raised her voice at me and when I told her she must not do that she denied raising it. AFTER SO MUCH STRESS I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY. THIS HAD BEEN SUCH A NIGHTMARE. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH OK FURNITURE AT PROTEAN GLEN MALL BRANCH. EVERYONE IS RUDE AND MEAN. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
