OK Furniture played me dirty

I bought sofas at OK furniture polokwane R21999 before 2 months a long sofa and that single one they were having a sound that feels like an old springs or mattress. I called them and informed me about the matter. They came after 5 months and took them but returned them worse than before we called them again but until now they haven't came and help and I'm still paying for them.
