OK FURNITURE PINETOWN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought a Defy washing machine at this store only to find out that it doesnt work at all. when i reported it to them they told i must load it in my car and bring it back to them,i explained that i cant do that because the machine has access water in it since it wont work and cant drain the water. The managers and the sales lady refused to collect the machine and deliver a new one for me. Im stuck with a useless machine in my house and they telling me il have to pay for delivery and collection cost on a mistake they responsible for. It was my first time purchasing from Ok furniture and it will be my last,the customer is not valued at all.
