Ok Furniture Parys Worst Service Ever

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

My mother, baught a Telefunken Radio for R200 at the Parys branch and then decided that she would rather have a music player that can play usb ext... Then she sent me to the store, with an unopened box & the slip, however, upon reaching the store, aprox. 20min before closing, I was informed that to return a product, an id document will be needed to return any items, i then went and fetched a friend with her id document to return the product as I did not take mine as the return policy on the reverse side of the slip did not inform such requirements... The store manager then refused my return as the original purchaser is must return the product accompanied with their id document, also not forming part of the return policy printed on the slip... I then asked the manager to speak to the area manager, also proving to be useless... With the store now at closing, I was left unassisted and dissapointed... Will never buy from this useless company again!!!
