OK Furniture Paarl Mbekweni

My wife and i made a lay-bye 5 months ago at OK Paarl Mbekweni. Our last payment should have been this coming Wednesday the 25/11/2020 for us to receive our appliances. If she did not call them this morning we would have founded out on Wednesday our stuff has been sold. The manager informed her that they are not a clothing store we they keep stuff. First of all no one explained this to us 5 months ago and no where on the contract states that appliances will be sold even though you made a lay-bye. This is unexceptable, bad client service and a bad client experience. Know we dont have the appliances what we really wanted.
