OK Furniture only want money that’s coming in

Hello Peter. I am disappointed with OK Furnitures, specifically Zevenwacht Mall. They sold me a fridge, now my fridge has a problem. Whenever I call them they always tell me that they won’t be able to attend to me because they are busy with their customers. I have tried to get ahold of them 4 times but they don’t have time for me. What makes me not their customer while I don’t have a fridge yet they have all my money with them?
