Ok furniture no problem my @$$

So i went to buy a bedroom set on sunday and was told there wasnt stock of the item i wanted and that they could deliver the following day. I really didnt want to wait but because it was only one day i said it was fine. The sales consultant then said that she would contact me first thing in the morning to tell me at what time the delivery would take place. So the next morning at 11 am i called to find out what is going on and she said she is still waiting for the truck and will let me know as soon as she knows. So early afternoon she contacted me and said that the delivery will only take place on wednesday i said that is unacceptable i then went to the shop. She said the only thing she can do if i am not willing to wait is to give me the one that is on display. Look i am not a difficult person but its not like i bought it on account i paid the full amount in cash and did not recieve my goods as promised so i asked for a refund then i was told that a refund could only be made if they use the same card i paid with and that card was with my husband they then went on to say then they cant do anything. So in the end i had to take the display one that in my eyes is allready second hand because it has been touched and scratched by others and i had to pay the full amount as if it was new. And i had to pay for the second hand item to be delivered. I am very disapointed and will not ever do bussiness there again.
