OK Furniture Modimolle

On 24/11/2019 we purchased a lounge suite and coffee table from OK furniture Modimolle. By 1 December the delivery was not done yet, the sales person George first said that the lounge suite was out of stock, on 13/12/2019 when we went back to the store the lady phoned Mokopane branch who confirmed that they had 3 sets in stock and that it would be delivedred by 14/12/2019. On teh 14/12/2019 I was informed that the vehicle had to go in for a service and that it would delivered. By this time I have already sold my old lounge furniture, I had family coming to visit and hence agreed to accepts teh lounge suite that they had on the floor. The lounge set was delivrered on 14/12/2019 and I discovered that there were factory faults on the set, when I informed George about this he said that it was my imagination and that there is nothing wrong. Note that up to date the coffee table has not even been delivered yet. Absolutely terrible service.
