Ok furniture Middelburg, Mpumalanga -is a disappointment

Review – OK Furniture Middelburg, Mpumalanga

I am very disappointed with the service I received at OK Furniture Middelburg. I previously had an account with them, which I quickly settled, but unfortunately, they debited more money than they were supposed to.

When I noticed this, I went to the store to request a refund. They asked me to bring my ID copy and bank statements, which I did on another day. I submitted everything they required, and they promised to call me once the money was ready for collection. It has now been almost three weeks, and I have never received a call.

Yesterday (19/08/2025), I went back to the store to follow up, only to be told again, “we’ll call you.” This has been extremely frustrating.

The most painful part of this experience is the way customers are treated differently. When they want you to open an account or take credit, they treat you with smiles and urgency. But when it comes to paying back money they owe you, the treatment completely changes – they pull faces, show little interest, and make you feel like you are bothering them.

This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. As a customer, I expect the same respect and urgency when it comes to refunds as when they push for sales and credit.
