Ok furniture ****mers

Ok furniture is a ****mer, I bought a washing machine on the 24 of November 2023 , up until now i haven’t received my machine . They are now saying its out of stock ? I asked for a refund upuntil now my refund has not been processed .If you call they don’t answer , if you are lucky they will answer but consultants are very rude.Why would you sell something that you don’t have in stock .At least give us a refund if you can’t gove me washing machine.
