OK Furniture Megacity Poor Service

I bought a couch in December 2021 at OK Megacity in Mahikeng, as a cash sale. Upon delivery the headrest was torn and I immediately reported to the store. It has been a back and forth to this day, a year later since I was promised a replacement of the head rest. They don't care.
