OK furniture Mbekweni

I purchased a cellphone at OK furniture in Mbekweni end April cash. In less than 4 months I noted it switched on an off and took it in for repairs. I was told the phone would be repaired and I would receive in 21 days. After 2 weeks I queried the progress it took the attended over an 1H30min to give me a definite answer. I was told to pay R1,600 for repairs purchase price was R1,899. I received on communication regarding the repair price. On the 21st day I'm told they are only taking the phone in for repairs. <br> <br> While waiting in that 1H30min the manager was just roaming around the shop and the attending was calling the whole world looking for a number of a mtn sales rep. at some point the attended left me un attended for just over 30 minutes. and the music was so loud. I've never experienced that level of unprofessionalism.
