OK Furniture Maynard Mall Worst Service Ever.

Ok Furniture Wynberg Cape Town is the worst ever we bought a fridge and was suppose to be delivered to us on Saterday after going into the store to find out when will the fridge be delivered. I called after 11am and was told the fridge will definitely be delivered only to get a call after 2pm saying sorry we are not delivering today. We paid delivery cost aswell. They take your money but dont deliver service other furniture companies offers same day or next day delivery. We will never ever purchase anything again from OK Wynberg Maynard Mall we wanted to buy a TV and a Bed but with this poor service we will rather go to another retailer. Most staff in the store is morbid as well. Reason we wanted the fridge to be delivered on a Saturday is because husband and I were both at home. This is really pathetic when demanding we wanted the fridge to be delivered on Saterday we were told the consultant would speak to the manager and call back. But nobody called back.
