OK Furniture Mams Mall poor service

I saw an OK Furniture advert last week Tuesday on 07 Dec 2019 on TV, selling a double bed for R2699. On Wednesday 08 Dec 2019 I went to OK Furniture in Mams Mall, Mamelodi to buy the bed. When I arrived I found a sales lady but I didn't get her name, she said she didn't know about the special and called her supervisor to ask him about the special. He then said to us that the special will only start on 16 Dec 2019, which was a shock to me as it was being advertised on TV. I ask him why the shop would advertise something if the special had not started yet and he said he didn't know.

I then decided to walk around the shop to check if I could maybe identify the bed on special but there was nothing in the shop showing it. I then asked the sales lady what time they closed on 16 Dec as it would be a holiday and she said 18h00 as i was hoping to make a turn then.

I couldn't make it on monday the 16 and I went yesterday on 17 Dec to buy the bed. when i arrived I found the same sales lady as last week and again she didn't know what I was talking about. She called for help and guess what I was then told the special I had seen ended on 16 Dec 2019 and it was on since last week 06 Dec 2019.

Can OK Furniture please explain how their Mams Mall branch works. I am very disappointed in their service or lack there of. Firstly it seems they don't know what is happening in the company. Secondly the people in the shop have different information regarding what is being sold.
