Ok Furniture Malmesbury

<p>Hi, me and my husband bought stuff at OK Furniture Malmesbury consisting of :Queen size bed, double bunk, chest of drawers, two bedroom cupboards, oven and hob plus fan set,42 inch TV, Home theatre system, portable music box all of those things and we have a complain of the stove plate making a rusty surface at their head office. After numerous attempts, we still sitting with the ugly looking stove top. The manager Gladys firstly gave us another stove top, which had the same effect as the first one, just after two weeks, then refused to either give us a different type stove top which we are willing to pay for and the one bed of the double bunk broke which they replaced with only the frame work of another bed and the broken stuff are still here at our premises which she said they won`t come and fetch, we decided to stop paying them all that money, to make our voice heard and they blacklisted us. Now we paying arrears and payments, which consist of over R5000 a month.I will warn as much people as I can about OK Furniture Malmesbury for the bad service as this is disgusting.</p>
