OK Furniture Kraaifontein Bad Service

I recently purchased a bed at Ok Furniture Kraaifontein on their 08 June 2018 Friday special. I was told by the salesperson, Sharleen, it will be delivered the Saturday. Saturday came and after phoning the branch it was told the bed would be delivered on Tuesday. Again Tuesday went by and after another phone call to them, they then told me they are out of stock. Requesting to speak to the manager, I spoke to Mandla whom I later found out is not the Manager. Thereafter got through to Johan, the actual Manager, who was very care free in my frustrations with this purchase. He disregarded all complaints I had of the staff members with inconsistent stories and empty promises, and their lack of communication with the client only to tell me I must wait for it... Yet the bed and delivery had been paid for the previous week.

This is terrible service, and when I told Johan this, his response was: Ok, if you think so.

It is a disgrace that clients are being treated like this, so be aware of the TERRIBLE service at OK Furniture Kraaifontein
