OK Furniture Jabulani worst store ever in Gauteng

Went to OK on the 25 of March to buy a gas heater before winter starts. Got to the store asked they check if it works they said they don't test if it has a problem Iust bring it back. Fair enough it was not cold the last week of March only started using this heater on the second as it was cold and raining only to find its not working I went to jabulani mall to return it only to find 2pm they were already closed. Sunday couldn't go as I was not available Monday after work i went to jabulani mall to return it I was given the run around I'm told no they can't give me another heater nor can they refund me. So I asked the lady so I must wait for a week whereas I asked u to check this heater before purchase now she tells me no its not her fault either so now I'm taking a day off at work to sort this out with no assistance I called the head office and reported it told them the lady there is Mapaseka and refuses to assist me. They said I must go get my money she still refuses so now the heater is at the store I paid these ppl take us for fools I would never recommend this store to anyone. I go to pick n pay or wollies u don't get such attitude. I want my money back I'll go buy somewhere this heater where I will be treated like a human.
