OK Furniture is not to be trusted

Be warned! OK Furniture has some underhanded things going on. I put some items on laybye online last week. The day after I did that I was called and told that my ID number was invalid at which point I asked for the laybye to be cancelled as well as a refund. Now they want to charge me a cancellation fee yet they are the ones who said they could not assist me after accepting my money.
