OK FURNITURE IS NONSENSE...

I opened an account with OK last year which up to so far i have paid up an extra of R5000 on the credit but they still took my name to credit bearus.. Right now i dont qualify for anything because of this certain account and it is the only account under my name... This account right now is up to date and im goin back and forth with it... Ok furniture tells me to call credit beraus to clear my name, but credit beraus tells me to tell Ok to communicate with them... I am so ****ed off right now because how do they take someone to credit bearus as if ive missed 5 or so payments without communication... I regret ever opening this account, if there's anyone that can help please assist cause clearly no one will step up to this and im stuck with a bad name when the account is up to date...
