OK Furniture is Hell

I would never ever again in my life shop there. The service I received on the 29th November 2019 was the worst service I ever received in my whole life. I wanted to buy a restonic bed which was on special but the sale person adviced me that I should pay prior to the black Friday sale so the following day I will be one of the people to receive my bed. I woke up early and was at the store at 05:00 as adviced. I was told to wait outside for 5 hours without any assistance, they ignored me and were busy with new customers and did not care about me. The bad attitude I got from OK Furniture Thula Mall staff is shocking. At this moment I am not sure if I will get my bed because the staff here is not helping. I would never buy anything and I don't recommend it to anyone.
