Ok furniture is a *******

<p>iI bought a plasma TV at Ok in pretoria north after a period of time it was damaged, so i went to ok in pretoria north and reported the tv and asked if i could send it to ok furniture in Soshanguve plaza for repairs, they agreed. I took the plazma tv to ok furniture in Soshanguve plaza for repairs on the 30 may 2017 and was told the tv would be ready in 21 days, after 21 days i was told that the plazma tv can not be repaired and that a new one will be given to me. After many phone calls to ok furniture, i was told a new plazma tv was sent to ok furniture in Soshanguve plaza, after follow ups at the ok in Soshanguve the was no tv sent the and everytime i go to the shop the workers there run away can someone help me get that tv or my money back.the tv has an extended guarantee till the year 2020 these people are failing to deliver and it has been 2months already </p>
