OK Furniture in Stanger

Hello Peter I bought a sitting room stand for 4000 at Stanger OK furniture store I still have documents of purchase, two months ago it's cracking, I went in the store last mnth they said they can't help and referred me to email photos as a proof to Durban branch which I did however nobody is even bother to contact me because I did hv pictures on my phone, then I transfers pictures and proof of purchase to an email that they said it's thier head office but till today I hvnt been assisted... Kindly assist the Stanger( OK) furniture is falling apart their service is terrible plz contact me on ***
