OK FURNITURE IN BELLVILLE

Two weeks back we bought a Bedroom suit worthR6000 And R550 for Delivery in OK Furniture in Bellville and we were promised to get the delivery in 72 hours time goes 72 pass no call no feedback of whats going on with the bedroom suit after 5 days decided to contact them to get feedback And i was told that the bedroom suit came as damage goods so tjey can not deliver it then i ask for refund i was told that they will phone me when they have money and they said they have Made Arrangements to get the Bedroom suit from Vredendale OK Furniture Then 2days After the bedroom suit Arrived to them another story was told as the bedroom suite vame as damage good on top of that when they call they dont even Apologies i felt useless to them they did not treat me like a customer. Then i ask for the refund then a lady called Andiswa said to me as soon as they have money they will call me even now i Haven't heard anything from them its 2 weeks now i think they will give me the money when i open the case for them cause this is too much. After all their sales person Andiswa was bad mouthing Russell to us bht they also have poor customer service. I will not recommend anyone to that shop
