Ok furniture head office please help

I Nomthandazo Mnisi from carolina bought a Pomona bedroom suit from ok furniture Carolina. Last week I was not at my place for the weekend and it was broken into my place and they stole some clothes and my pedestals of the pomona bedroom suit.so I went ok furniture carolina I spoke to a guy called Makhunga and explained what happened and kindly ask them to speak to their supplier for new pedestals of which I'm willing to pay for and they refused to help me saying i have only an option to buy a new bedroom suit.my plea is for ok Furniture head office to help me get new pedestals from their supplier.
