OK furniture guarantee saga

I bought a bed in 2021 at OK furniture in Mamelodi east, so it's been 2 and a half years since we had the bed and now the bed is damaged. When we bought the bed they told us it has 10 years guarantee and now when I went there to tell them that I'm not happy I need the bed fixed they told me that a warrantee and guarantee are not the same thing and that the guarantee for the bed is no longer valid and mind due its not even 10 years. They made me send pictures of the bed and a video only for them to email this me "tell the customer that the guarantee is no longer valid and for us to fix the mattress the customer needs to pay R1000". They not telling me if I should pay it upfront or explain how they going to get the mattress do I deliver it to them or what or if they are going to charge me delivery fees. Bottom line I am not happy with their service and how they treated me as a customer.
