OK Furniture Groblerdal, BAD SERVICE!!!

I bought a KIC refrigerator at OK Furniture Groblersdal and the bottom door broke in March, I pay insurance for it so I have since reported the matter to them more than two months ago because of the lockdown. Till today no one has come to check or repair anything as they promised. I call and even go to the store to check what is holding them up and I can't get any clarity except that I should for a call. I'm really tired of these people.
