Ok furniture green acres rude driver

Today I went to the OK furniture in green acres mall, I bought a fridge cash and asked if it will be possible to be delivered same day in Motherwell, the sales person that was helping told me it’s possible, he called the driver who said she can deliver around 2pm. The driver arrived around 3pm, my brother went to help them and they put the fridge in the lounge. I asked them to just put it in the kitchen. The lady driver told me it’s not a must, I told her the fridge is not supposed to be in the lounge, I’m not asking them to connect it just put it there we will do the rest. She told me to go ask the neighbours because it’s very late and we know our Motherwell is not safe, she still needs to do some deliveries. I asked her in that case why did she agree to come to Motherwell. She started shouting at me, she went out shouting at me until she got into the truck. I feel so disrespected, If okay furniture had told me their driver does not feel safe coming to Motherwell I would have gone to other furniture shops until I find a shop that can deliver. To be disrespected by someone because she doesn’t feel safe in my area is unacceptable
