OK Furniture Grahamstown

I'm not sure if it's standard procedure that customers who buy cash cannot bring their own delivery, but have to do a long process of doing an "online" purchase that will take forever of filling in forms and still charge you for a delivery fee of R200 versus the R70 that I was going to pay if I brought my own delivery. How is that also the list they claim is for essential item is not visible anywhere in the shop? Now for a R799 purchase I will pay an extra R200 as if I'm buying on credit.
