Ok furniture Golden Walk complain

I am not happy at all. The lady that sold me the hunk bed was so sweet and professional but her seniors have not dealt with my complaint fairly. Firstly the delivery guy had a bad encounter with my security and secondly bed bunk was delivered 1st of February and I laid a complain that day but unfortunately to this day I am waiting for them to change my plank and it's one story after the other. I regret buying from them
