OK furniture Gezina Galleries horrible customer service...

I purchased a couch in December @ OK furniture in Gezina Galleries, when it was delivered the one side had a whole and I reported it for it to be replaced, they brought a new side which a day later I discovered that it was new as the other one had its legs still wrapped while the one they brought were not, it was one that on the floor user for display, I had them spoken to the store manager on several occassions and 4 months later my issue has not been resolved.
