OK Furniture Germiston staff members swear at customers, rude, Xenophobic and arrogant. I went to buy a stove for my Mom's birthday during the week and I told the sales person I will collect the stove on Sunday. On Sunday I went waited for a sales man Called Kennedy who was busy with the client & once he was finished I approached him & told him that I was there to collect my stove but he was rude and said the guy was by the table and he just left me standing. Time pass by waiting & no one came. I went to Kennedy again ask him if he can caman or anyone else can help me but he said the sales person that help me before should help again that is what he is paid for. Still waiting for long I followed him to check his name tag to report his bad attitude without talking to him. He was xenophobic said this is what I came for in SA & swear at me "MSUNU Wami" left the shop very upset. Went back ask to speak to the Manager explained the situation promised to get back to me on Monday and today is Saturday 6 days after the incident no feedback of the incident no apology. This is how customers are treated at OK Germiston. It was the first time buying there and it will be the last. Cleary they don't know Customer service.
