Ok Furniture

It's been almost a week now since i left a complaint on the ok furniture website not even a reply to tell me they recieve the complaint. This is exactly what happend and what i told them. "One of the woman cussed about my mother behind her back when we were in the loading bay as i bought a defy freezer not knowing it was my mom. She was going on about her "d?nerse kussings" and that people won't mess with her cause she is a "ander donerse m?t as hulle my wil wegjaag oor n d?nerse R50 dan moet hulle. this all to her ***orkers in the loading bay she also went on about some ***orker named melissa. If that wasn't bad enough first they told me i can't buy the freezer someone else already did i should go buy one in ceres "i live in the bokkeveld and only go to town once a month", then they told me i could buy the defy freezer. Then they wrapped my freezer in some gladwrap plastic not even a box, first loaded it onto it's fins they then flipped it around onto its front. It got some really nasty scratches and dents. Im really truelly disgusted at worcester ok furniture as i payed R2699 "which is alot of money for some" for a new freezer thats now full of dents and marks because of their incompetence.
