OK FURNITURE

I app**** and purchased a 3 Piece Romano Lounge Suit from your OK Furniture in Belhar, Airport Shopping Centre on the 23 November 2023.

Nevermind the unprofessional service we received, when the lounge suit was delivered my Wife received it as I was at work. When I unboxed the Suit I found. The Single Seater is skew (leg was bent).

Friday,24th November I contacted the Store to advise and they ensured they will exchange the one seater on the 27th November 2023. They then called and said they only have One driver available so they could not deliver. After waiting and waiting they called my Wife on the 29th November to say they will deliver today which they did.

With huge disappointment they delivered/exchanged the one seater with the exact one seater that has been in the store on display that people has been sitting on. The material does not even feel the same as the ones they delivered from the Warehouse and the colour is faded. We also recognising the one seater from the store because of a little cotton/stitching defect on the one seater.

How do you Replace a Defected Item with Another!!!
