OK furniture Esselen street Pretoria, Hisense mirror fridge

i have bought Hisense fridge double door mirror in April 2024 at OK furniture Esselen street Pretoria ,and it was delivered on 15 April 2024,in December 2024 the fridge was not working, i called OK furniture Esselen street in Pretoria Manager,Thabiso and reported the matter, he then contacted Hisense to check the problem, they came and was informed that there are part on the fridge that needs to be replaced,i refused as the fridge was leess than 8 months and still under guarantee fix the fridge,i then requested a new one as i spent R15 000 on it, it is June 2025 im here stuck with a fridge that is not working at all and i have been informed by Hisense that the fridge has too be repaired 3 times before they can exchange it, so it means that i have been sold the new outer part yet the inside is old, really need the matter to be resolved or i be refunded or the fridge exchange because i am here stuck with a fridge that is not working since December 2024,i would advise anyone to never buy a Hisense fridge as they sell old things with the pretense of being new
