Ok Furniture & Edblo furniture from hell

Good day

I bought a edblo bed 152cm from Ok Furniture in Pretoria North on 21/10/2020 and we received some problems with the base on 20/09/2021 so we check and find out the base is broken so I went to Ok Furniture in Pretoria North on 21/09/2021 and spoke to a gentleman named Lindo he as me if we take some photos of the base so I told him no because otherwise if we open the base our garantee is not valid anymore so he said its going to take 7days before i will receive a new base from the supplier (Edblo). So 9am 21/09/2021 lindo said he will log a call complain at Edblo and send them a mail so i was angry because now i need to sleep on the floor for 7days. I phone Edblo call center and spoke to a lady named precise i explain my situation to her and she told me to sleep on the floor(mattress) for 7 days because that's the policy of returning goods so i told her i need my base by the end of today(2021/09/21) and she ask me my details and I gave it to her and she said that there is no complaint mail on my details from Ok Furniture after the call I phoned Ok Furniture and spoke to lindo again he said he did send a mail to edblo. I waste my money 13 time to phone Ok Furniture and Edblo to get updates from my problem but why do i need to phone them to get updates??? Patrick at Edblo called at 1pm to do the inspection. 2:17pm Christen from Edblo phone and told me she will send the authorization letter to OK FURNITURE and she will phone them and get back to me after 5min she phoned and said they did received the letter so they will exchange the base if they have stock on the floor. 2:36pm I phoned lindo to do a follow up he told me the truck is in Garankuwa then he will go to Mamelodi but he will let me know if the truck is at the store so i can collect and exchange my base so i ask him why must i arrange for collect and exchange so in other words i need to pay for that again and it is not my fault. 16:30pm I phoned again the truck is still in the traffic i do understand that but I ask lindo if they can maybe collect and exchange it from my house he said no because i need to sign for some paperwork. 17:21 Lindo phoned and told me the driver wont make it today he is still in the traffic so where does this going now?? 9:30 am 22/09/2021 NO phone call from OK FURNITURE!!!!
