Ok Furniture

I have bought a Denver Wall Unit from Ok Furniture Online on the 19th November 2019 for R6048.90 with delivery. I recieved it as promised on the 23rd November 2019 but unfortunately it was damaged. So i contacted Lee-Ann from the online services who is very very helpfull and she said they must exchange it. So they only delivered a new unit yesterday the 4th December 2019 but it was also damaged. So i told them they should take both back and i rather want my money back. Lee-Ann is very helpfull and very friendly and like i told her it's not her mistake at all. The Brandfort Branch don't even have a delivery bakkie, they used a small Chev utility bakkie they rent from someone and used children to help them. What also makes me angry is that i must wait for my money from head office to be paid in my bank account, they did'nt wait for any money it was paid the same day but i must wait +- 10days. It is unfair. My order no is ***
