Ok furniture

I bought tv at ok furniture November last year at Eastern cape ngcobo. Manager's Name is Luyanda Mbombela and customer's name is Nokwandisa nikelo. They delivered the Tv with crack but i never noticed sametime they deliver because i never used their Tv. I try to connect January then i noticed that it got crack small one at the corner of it. Luyanda promise me a new Tv from the suppliers and now when i call she said it won't be fix any more so that all means they took my 16000 that i bought Tv with. And they dont even bother to call us, I'm the one who keep calling them with my airtime, i even spoke with their Area Manager but no respond. Their number is *** and mine is ***
