OK Furniture - Don’t Buy from this disgraceful company

I’m writing with utter disgust for your disgusting service and reject products. I have purchased a lounge set and have been given such poor quality product. Contacted the store who then exchanged with even worse product. I then resulted in filing a complaint against them. When asked to come back to exchange they wanted me to do it at their stipulated time which inconvenienced me. I then get a call after 3 months from their regional manger named John from the alberton area who calls me very rudely to come exchange he goes on saying that I was not inconvenienced and went on as if I was speaking to someone so unprofessional and shifted all the blame on me. OK Furniture is this the way you treat your customers?! This service even from your area manager is disgusting. Whoever wants to purchase from OK Furniture just remember should you have any issues with your products you are not going to get helped out and their supposed managers are not willing to help also. You are going to sit with rejects and pay full price for it. They are busy running a ****a shop with unprofessional and *********** staff !!! Don’t purchase from OK furniture
