Ok Furniture does not want your business

Filled in application to purchase a television set on Tuesday 29 August at the Caledon Western Cape branch. Store personnel informed me approval (or rejection) of the application will take about 48 hours (2 days). Eight days later and no one in the company, at the branch or at their Head Office can tell what the status of my application is.

I am given phone numbers to call that are not answered, e-mail complaints are ignored, and the in-store personnel seem to be completely not interested in following up on my query. It is almost as if they are not really interested in any new business.
