OK furniture Dobsonville mall

I bought a Hisense 50 inch tub from ok furniture Dobsonville mall. The drivers delivered the to but never tested it. I was given so many confusing papers to sign and unfortunately I signed the tab checked one without knowing. The next day my friend plugged the tv to test it before he could mount it on the walls. The TV had ink running from the top of the screen. I sent it to the shop but they said I broke it because they tested it of which they didnt. They are refusing to fix it or give me a new one as this looks like a factory fault
