OK Furniture disappointment

I will try to be less furious, tired am from work my washing machine which was booked last week Wednesday at OK furniture in sunnyside hasn't been collected for repairs. When I went to the shop to ask they immediately booked rhe machine and told me I will hear from them in 48 hours, the past Sunday I went to the store to ask ask was told because it's Sunday the repair people are not working and that they will ne contacted noonday and the store people will let me know , I had to call them back again to ask him far is my repair which they said they will call the repair people to remind them and let me know. Received a call this morning from store saying the repair people said they looking into it( then I asked looking into what cause my machine is still at my house) the lady said she doesn't know but they will call me. It's EOD again and nothing . Nk4 sure if I should write this about the incompetence of OK people or that of thr manufacturers, I mean am sitting with a machine that's not working, if you guys were not going to be able to assist I could have been told so. So not why by book the machine and take a whole week to repair it. This is so unprofessional like really
