OK furniture Denlyn shopping complax complain

I bought a Samsung WT14J4200MB 14KG Twin washing machine on the 03/05/2019 at OK furnitures in Mamelodi Denlyn shopping center. When I received the machine it was in good working condition. Two months later the machine broke and we took it back to the shop as it was still under warranty. They took it in and said they will be in contact. 6months later we still have not heard anything from the store regarding our washing machine, I went to the store and asked feedback regarding the machine. I was told the drum of the machine was damaged and the is nothing they can do about it. I asked for the manager but still no help from him. I was told I need to Pay a certain amount for them to assist me in getting my machine fixed. I refused to pay that amount as I have bought this machine cash and it was still under warranty therefore it is the stores responsibility and not mine.

As I write this it is 1year and a couple of months and I still have not heard anything from the store and I don't even have my machine.

I would like assistance regarding this matter as I do not know what I am suppose to do.
