Ok furniture delft mall dont deal with them

I bought a bed in December of 2020. restonic dream gold 152cm. May month I started feeling the springs of the bed and the following month while doing my payment i lodged a complaint. Staff told me about a 21day turn around time. Till today I have not recieved anything but a piece of paper stating that I'll be getting replacement mattress...
